The F.B.I. TASBUD International Group comprirses TASBUD SVERIGE AB – a subsidiary of Swedish law, an independent General Contractor on the Swedish market with an established position. This entity is responsible for the implementation of a significant phase for one of the largest residential investments in Gothenburg located on Saffransgatan in the Gårdsten district in Sweden, whose investor is the largest Ordering Party in Gothenburg and in Sweden – The Framtiden Group.

This is another realization of the F.B.I. TASBUD on the Scandinavian market. Building our position on foreign markets, we know how important it is to have an individual approach to the client, taking into account the specificity of the country or even region. Swedish construction should characterized by high-quality, practical, pragmatic and pro-ecological, and at the same time fit in with the Scandinavian design and culture.

As the General Contractor, TASBUD SVERIGE AB uses the prefabrication technology which is very popular all over Scandinavia. Our Group is an expert in prefabrication technology, having Prefabrication Division and R&D Division in our structures. Also F.B.I. TASBUD developed a number of innovative solutions and systems, including class A patents, in the prefabrication sector.

Construction with the use of prefabricated elements perfectly meets the requirements of the Swedish investor, gives the opportunity to reduce the duration of construction and full control over the entire process, and at the same time reduces the consumption of raw materials and is environmentally friendly. It is also perfect for passive construction.

TASBUD SVERIGE AB is the General Contractor of a passive housing complex in Gothenburg. The project is characterized by a higher standard with a brick facade, modern apartments will have glazed balconies and loggias.

The complex is situated close to green spaces and the center of the Gårdsten district. The ordering party for this project is Framtiden Byggutveckling AB, part of the Framtiden Group – the largest Swedish utility company responsible for the housing stock of the city of Gothenburg, owned by the city of Gothenburg.
