The length of the recruitment process depends primarily on the position for which we are recruiting a new employee. Recruitment meetings are organized in the office or on-line.

Recruitment of manual workers is carried out in two stages. The first stage is a telephone conversation with the recruiter, followed by a stationary or online meeting with the manager. The manager, in consultation with the director, decides to hire a candidate. Recruitment for middle and senior level employees, according to the diagram below, is carried out in three stages. There are recruitment processes in which, apart from the recruiter, the director also participates in the interview. Then the recruitment process is reduced to two stages. In the case of senior management, the final decision to hire a candidate always rests with the Management Board, whose representative also participates in the recruitment process.
