Project Description
F.B.I. TASBUD International Group started the construction of the Leśna Sonata estate in Sopot as general contractor. The investment is being built in the beautiful Przylesie, near the Trójmiejski Park Krajobrazowy and owes its name after the famous Opera Leśna. Opera Leśna amphitheater is famous for its music festivals.
The complex will have 9 floors, including 2 underground, with a spacious garage, equipped with stands for electric cars. The estate will consist of over a hundred luxury apartments, for the convenience of residents, there will also be a section with commercial premises, and on the top floor an observation deck for common use by residents. The modern, cascading shape of buildings, inspired by modernism, will have green roofs. The engineering challenge is the foundation of the complex, as it is being built near a slope. Leśna Sonata will stand out with lots of greenery.
In addition to the roofs covered with green, the estate will have spacious terraces with an area of up to 63 m2, decorated with trees growing in pots, as well as gardens with an area of up to 95 m2. In order to reveal the view of the forest hill with which the plot borders, the investment will be in a V-shape. The immediate vicinity of the estate is full of great walking routes and viewpoints.
Residents will also have the so-called “Resident club” – a meeting and activity place equipped with, among others with a large screen, a table, seats, a kitchen, as well as attractions for children such as: ladders, mattresses and drawing boards. It is an extraordinary place that fosters interpersonal relationships, which is one of the most important needs of every human being.
The advantage of Leśna Sonata, apart from its extremely attractive location, is also the highest quality of investments, guaranteed by the use of the best materials, incl. facade panels, glass balustrades and wooden windows in apartments. Corridors in the common areas will be covered with elegant wallpapers, illuminated mirrors and wood-colored cladding.
The investor of the project is Cordia Polska, belonging to the international Futureal Group based in Hungary, one of the largest development and investment groups in Central Europe. This is yet another collaboration with Cordia Polska, the F.B.I. TASBUD is also the general contractor of a remarkable Scandinavian-style investment in Warsaw’s Bemowo district.
