F.B.I. TASBUD International Group, as the General Contractor, cooperates with the largest Finnish developer, the YIT Group, which realizes projects including in the Baltic countries – Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Sweden, Finland, Poland, and also in our southern neighbors – in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. The Scandinavian developer already has in its Polish portfolio such residential projects as Nordic Mokotów and Nordic Sadyba.
The multi-stage project of the Nordic Bemowo estate is located in the fastest-growing part of the Bemowo district, at Lazurowa Street and Batalionów Chłopskich, next to the newly built II metro line station – Lazurowa, providing quick connection to the city center. The S8 route is nearby, which guarantees a quick departure from the capital, and numerous green areas for future residents to spend their free time, like Górczewska Park, Bemowo Forest, or the Łosiowe Błota Nature Reserve located within the buffer zone of the Kampinos National Park.
The architectural design was prepared by the Kuryłowicz & Associates studio, which created an extremely unique design in the Scandinavian style. Our Group has already collaborated with this studio on other projects. Scandinavian construction is well known to our Capital Group from investments carried out, among others, in Sweden. Nordic Bemowo residential buildings will be part of a bustling city square with gardens accessible to everyone. The Nordic climate will be provided by the clinker tile façade and the use of Siberian larch wooden elements. Glazed loggias and balconies will add lightness to the facilities.
The first stage of the investment will consist of a complex of multi-family residential buildings with 6 floors, and one underground building with a garage for 130 vehicles. For the comfort of residents, the building will also include commercial premises. In the first phase of the investment, the first hundred spacious apartments will be built, out of the planned several hundred.
