F.B.I. TASBUD Internationa Group as the General Contractor is building the Miasteczko Brzeziny investment at Hemara Street in the dynamically developing part of the Białołęka district in Warsaw.
This intimate investment includes 4 buildings with 134 apartments with carefully designed layouts and areas up to nearly 80 m2.Each apartment will have a large balcony or a spacious garden.
There will be internal green courtyards leading to individual buildings.In the underground part of the investment, a garage with parking spaces and storage rooms is planned.

There are public transport stops right next to the estate. The proximity of the S8 route ensures quick access to other districts of the capital and quick departure from the city.
The green area of Miasteczko Brzeziny is a perfect place for walks and physical activity. In the vicinity of the investment, there are, among others, the Słupecka Forest Nature Reserve and the Łęgi Czarna Strugi Nature Reserve, as well as the Bródnowski Forest. At a distance of 500 m from the investment, there is the Żerański Canal, along which there is a bicycle route that allows access by bicycle to the Zegrze Reservoir.
The investor of Miasteczko Brzeziny is the well-known developer Napollo. This is another joint project of F.B.I. TASBUD and Napollo, after the Dom Pod Szóstką investment completed in 2020 in Warsaw’s Żoliborz, and the Apartamenty Niemcewicza 19 investment in Stara Ochota, which is under construction. As part of the adopted strategy, Napollo implements large residential projects with more than 3,500 m2 of usable space. Nearly 950 apartments have been sold in 10 completed projects and another 4 under construction.
