Construction of a modern and environmentally friendly housing estate in the prestigious district of Warsaw – APARTÉ Mokotów

F.B.I. TASBUD International Group has become the general contractor of APARTÉ Mokotów – an investment located in one of the most prestigious districts of Warsaw. Mokotów district is one of the most preferred locations for living, due to the proximity of green areas and fast communication with the center of Warsaw.

The estate will include three buildings with 92 apartments, designed in a modern, minimalist form. The usable area of the investment will be nearly 5,500 square meters. The low, 4-storey buildings of APARTÉ Mokotów will be characterized by large windows and a decorative facade made of tiles. Each apartment will have a spacious balcony or a comfortable garden – with areas of up to 246 m2. The residential complex also will include an underground garage with 93 parking spaces – above-ground and on platforms.

The pro-ecological solutions in the APARTÉ Mokotów investment definitely deserve attention. On the roofs of the buildings, there will be photovoltaic panels, which will produce renewable energy, allowing future residents to reduce the maintenance costs of common areas.

The investment also will take care of the retention of rainwater, which will be collected in an underground reservoir and then uses for watering carefully designed green areas between the buildings. Common green spaces will include planting predominantly with native green species, as well as the construction of nesting boxes for birds and houses for beneficial insects. The roofs of buildings, in addition to the photovoltaic installation, will be characterized by light gravel, increasing the durability of waterproofing and, in summer, preventing buildings from overheating. All solutions will be used for the care of the natural environment and the high quality of life for future residents.
