The system of making ceilings in the filigree technology is the most dynamically implemented system for prefabrication of slab structures in Poland. F.B.I. TASBUD International Group, thanks to many years of experience and the use of the most modern solutions within the circular production line, is able to offer solutions of the highest quality and, at the same time, the most economical in terms of production and design. The specificity of solutions used in the implemented ceilings is the result of combining the best design and implementation solutions used on the European market.
The refinement of construction details and assembly documentation as well as clear assembly instructions facilitate the planning of the assembly sequence and the arrangement of installations led in the concrete topping of composite ceilings. Optimization of design solutions allows to reduce the costs of securing the structure against puncture, significantly reduces the number and labor consumption of works during the laying of reinforcement in the concrete overlay.
Filigree elements are designed and manufactured with built-in electric ceiling boxes, electric glands, ventilation nozzles and mounting sleeves.
Maximum geometric limitations of this type of elements:

– modular width of prefabricated slabs 2,5 m.
- Solid-type ceiling elements – solid slabs and insulated slabs
Solid ceiling elements have been used by the F.B.I. TASBUD in projects on the Scandinavian market, where the Group is a recognized General Contractor. Elements of this type allow to reduce the processes of laying the concrete mix on the construction site to a minimum. Assembly processes through the use of solid ceiling elements significantly shorten the cycle of erecting subsequent storeys. Full ceiling slabs are designed and manufactured by the F.B.I TASBUD Group, incorporating all elements of the installation (electrical, ventilation, sanitary, including sewage).
Maximum geometric limitations of this type of elements:

- Stairs and landings
Prefabrication Division of the F.B.I. TASBUD provides individual configurations of prefabricated concrete stairs (stairways) and landings, designed and installed according to the exact requirements of an individual project. At the client’s request, we use all the support systems for stair elements on the market, along with the possibility of adapting the runs and landing to any type of finish and any type of railings as well as decorative elements.
- Balconies
Prefabricated balconies are designed, manufactured, delivered and installed in accordance with the highest standards of safety requirements, joint insulation, finishing and durability of the finish, as well as protection of the facade and lower surfaces of balconies against the influence of rainwater. The top surface of the balconies can be finished in a way that does not require additional layers and flashings, or it is adapted to the planned finish.
Maximum geometric limitations of this type of elements:
– length of the balcony slab support 2,5 m;
– length of the balcony 12,5 m.
Wall disc elements
- Three-layer sandwich wall elements
Sandwich walls can be used in cubature buildings as: external load-bearing or curtain walls. We design and manufacture elements with all input elements necessary for safe lifting, transport and assembly at the construction site. A significant benefit for the customer from cooperation with our Group is the ability to design and manufacture elements with built-in installations (electrical, ventilation, sanitary) according to the standards specified before the start of design. The insulation and its protection are always adapted to the requirements of the architectural design. The external facade panel can be designed and made as: – reinforced concrete, suitable for painting, matrix or with exposed aggregate (so-called rinse), – matrix with built-in brick, stone or architectural elements made of plastics, – masonry layer in the production plant. All prefabricated walls can be finished by installing window and door joinery in the production plant. Thanks to the use of the most modern production lines, the F.B.I. TASBUD is able to design and manufacture any geometries of single-layer wall elements.

- Two-layer wall elements – insulated walls
These walls can be used in cubature buildings as: – external load-bearing walls; – external curtain walls. We design and manufacture elements with all input elements necessary for safe lifting, transport and assembly at the construction site. A significant benefit for the client from cooperation with the F.B.I. TASBUD is able to design and manufacture elements with built-in installations (electrical, ventilation, sanitary) according to the standards specified before the start of design. The insulation and its protection are always adapted to the requirements of the architectural design. In the insulating layer, it is possible to design and install fasteners for any type of facade layer.
All prefabricated walls can be finished by installing window and door joinery in our factory.
Thanks to the use of the most modern production lines, the F.B.I. TASBUD is able to design and manufacture any geometries of double-layer wall elements.

- Reinforced concrete and concrete wall elements of the Solid Wall type
We design and manufacture single-layer solid walls as reinforced concrete and concrete elements. An important feature of these elements is their versatility. These walls can be used in cubature buildings as: external load-bearing or curtain walls, internal load-bearing walls or as load-bearing walls of the underground storey, possible to be designed as retaining walls adapted to waterproof insulation in order to obtain full watertightness of the underground parts, including garage ones. We design and manufacture elements with all input elements necessary for safe lifting, transport and assembly at the construction site. - Elements of L-type, T-type and integrated retaining walls
Retaining wall elements are offered and implemented in two modes:
One of the offer methods is to have standardized solutions enclosed in a series of retaining walls with preset total heights not exceeding 6.2 m, for which we present a table of loads that can be transferred by the planned construction.
The second method of bidding is adjusting the offer to the needs of customers through each Pre-design work of our project team selecting the most optimal solution for a specific project.

- Layered, retaining and bracing foundations
Single-layer, two-layer and three-layer foundations can be used in cubature and industrial buildings as: internal or external walls / load-bearing ground beams (including bracing beams) or shielding beams. The insulation and its protection are always adapted to the requirements of the architectural design. The external facade panel can be designed and made as:
– reinforced concrete, paintable, matrix or with exposed aggregate,
– matrix with built-in brick, stone or architectural elements made of plastics,
– masonry layer in the production plant.
Thanks to the use of the most modern production lines, the F.B.I. TASBUD is able to design and manufacture any geometries of elements, such as layered foundations, retaining foundations, and bracing foundations.

- Loading docks
Thanks to over 36 years of experience in the implementation of construction facilities, including industrial, F.B.I. TASBUD S.A. implemented a system of assembly of prefabricated loading docks reducing the costs of production and transport of three-dimensional retaining structures. The solution used by the Capital Group enables cost reduction and guarantees fast and high-quality production. The specific specificity of the offer used in the field of this type of elements is the offered assembly of the structure on the construction site. The offer is adjusted each time for individual projects by the sales department with the participation of the design department.
