Implementation of a number of investments for the Military Gendarmerie (Military Police Headquarters and the Mazovian Military Gendarmerie Branch). The investments concerned the construction of military facilities of various types and purposes, with limited access, meeting the requirements for the processing of classified information (within all clauses).

Long-term cooperation, which has resulted in many objects with limited access that meet the requirements for the processing of classified information, in locations belonging to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the ongoing maintenance of strategic complexes of the Ministry.

Kuwait 2010
Representatives of the F.B.I. TASBUD negotiated participation in export operations in Kuwait. The Group has well-organized business agents operating on the basis of joint venture agreements in this country. Their activities cover the counties of the entire GCC region, where at the same time negotiations regarding the provision of services by the Group are ongoing.
Senegal 2015
Cooperation with the Government of the Republic of Senegal on the creation of a new capital, i.e. the Diamniadio agglomeration, in place of the current crowded state capital – Dakar. The project is part of the country’s long-term development strategy – Plan Sénégal Émergent (PSÉ).
Poland, Warsaw 2015
Construction of innovative, intelligent buildings, including the KADR Cultural Center building with an underground garage and technical infrastructure in Warsaw. The solutions used in it make it the only such building in Europe and in the world. The facility has an innovative mobile modular façade consisting of movable aluminum pixels, which are enable to presentation of any inscription or image on the façade.
Poland, Warsaw 2016
A four-stage pro-ecological construction of a prestigious housing estate with a higher standard for an Investor with the Swedish Management Board of Echo Investment. The cooperation with the Investor continues to this day in subsequent projects.
Pro-ecological prefabrication 2017
Creation of a proprietary, innovative system of integrated energy-saving construction from prefabricated reinforced concrete load-bearing elements, supported by class A patent solutions and utility models. The Prefabrication Division has existed in the Group’s structure since 2007.
Sweden 2018
The pro-ecological investment, which was built in the Olofström commune and is also the dominant of the city, was carried out in the Design & Build mode. The investment of a housing estate consist of multi-family buildings finished in a “turnkey” standard with the necessary infrastructure, paved areas and other facilities.

Construction of a prestigious apartment building, located in the very center of Warsaw, in the Old Town. The building was awarded the Construction of the Year 2019, awarded by the Polish Association of Construction Engineers and Technicians in cooperation with the Ministry of Construction and the Central Office of Building Supervision. The building is characterized by the highest quality of workmanship and refers to the historical principle of frontage buildings.
Polish Modular Hospital - African Countries 2019
F.B.I. TASBUD Capital Group – the leader of the project commissioned by the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters. The project is an alternative to traditional healthcare facilities, as the hospital was designed as a self-sufficient unit using renewable energy sources. The modular structure allows for any expansion, taking into account the needs of the region.

Construction of a housing complex in Warsaw for the international Spanish development concern Acciona, which has been operating on three continents for over 50 years. A monumental complex built by the F.B.I. TASBUD consists of several hundred residential and commercial premises, and the F.B.I. TASBUD participated in the implementation of the investment already at the design stage.
Sweden 2020
Multi-investment cooperation with the largest real estate operator in Göteborg – the municipal company Framtiden. The construction of key housing estates is located at Saffransgatan in the Gårdsten or Ostra Kalltorp districts. The multi-storey complex at Saffransgatan was built with care for the natural environment, to a higher standard, with a brick facade and connected to a garage with approx. 400 parking spaces.
Pro-ecological Factory of Modules and Prefabricates 2021
The only one of its kind in Poland – the newest pro-ecological factory of modules and prefabricated elements in reinforced concrete technology. A factory whose mission is to produce prefabricated elements for the entire construction sector, both on the Polish market and on European markets, in particular on the Scandinavian market. Due to ergonomic and innovative solutions, the factory provides the possibility of producing a full range of elements, including individually tailored and with a high degree of complexity, implementing strict requirements regarding, among others, passive construction.

Commencement of multi-investment cooperation with the international Cordia Capital Group. Cordia Group implements numerous residential projects in Warsaw, Cracow and the Trójmiasto, planning further premieres in other large cities.
