On February 2nd, 2015, the Mayor of the City of Warsaw, Mrs Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz officially opened a new ward in the Bielański Hospital for which our Company was the General Contractor.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the City of Warsaw, the Management Board and employees of the Bielański Hospital, as well as representatives of F.B.I. TASBUD Joint-Stock Company, including the President of the Board – Mr. Bogdan Czapczuk and the Vice-President – eng. Andrzej Czapczuk, MSc; the local media was also in attendance.

Some areas of buildings A and B have been changed to accommodate a sub-division for the Neo-natal Pathology and Intensive Care Unit and have been completely rebuilt. Our Company made every effort to effect the rebuilding work with the least amount of upset and inconvenience for the patients and strived diligently to complete the work in the shortest possible time.

The new ward, as part of the neo-natal ward, allows the hospitalisation of 16 infants. It is equipped with the most modern life-saving equipment for newborn infants, including respiratory units, incubators for premature babies, monitoring equipment for vital signs and automatic drug administration equipment. The ward also includes three additional rooms for mothers where they can stay with their hospitalised infants day and night.
