Bogdan Seweryn Czapczuk – a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, President of the Management Board of F.B.I. TASBUD International Group, Member of the Board of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers, Member of the Council of Exporters of the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters, Member of the Polish Construction Cluster, Member of the Polish Association of Construction Managers, Executive Club and National Association for the Support of Sustainable Construction.
Awarded with the Bronze Cross of Merit handed by the Polish President, Medal of the National Commission of Education awarded by the Minister of Education, Honorary Award for Building Services awarded by the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction, Pro Publico Bono Prize handed by the Prime Minister of Poland, Honorary Pearl of the Polish Economy for Promoting Social Values, with the Certificate of the Personality of the Industry 2017 awarded by Builder, with the Certificate of the Family Company of the Year, the Victoria Prize – Entrepreneurs’ Quality Mark and also Polish Hercules 2020 – the award for leaders in construction sector.
Bogdan Seweryn Czapczuk in 1985 founded the enterprise (with Polish capital only), which has been developing dynamically for over 36 years and as a global, leading General Contractor realizes complex projects in Poland and abroad. He was awarded the Employer of the Year for efficient and innovative company management, as well as for performing high quality organizational and quality services as a General Contractor. He cooperated with state institutions such as: the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of National Defense, the Main Headquarters of the Military Police, in the Mazowiecki Branch of the Military Police and the Air Force Institute of Technology.
Among the foreign implementations, the expansion of the cement plant in Benghazi or house estates located in Libya, can be distinguished. Bogdan Seweryn Czapczuk’s activity is not limited to the construction industry. As one of the first, he founded the Social Educational Society, which laid the foundations for non-public education in the form of over one hundred didactic facilities and the first non-state university in north-eastern Poland – Wszechnica Mazurska in Olecko. For over 12 years, as the President of “Samodzielne Koło Terenowe”, he ran two non-public schools. As the Vice President of the Main Board of the Social Educational Society, he actively participated in the work of parliamentary in the creation of laws. Bogdan Seweryn Czapczuk has many passions and specialisations. With great ease passes his knowledge and experience on to future generations.

for over twenty years he is continuously connected with the Warsaw University of Technology, where he graduated master’s degree and then his doctoral studies. He is an academic lecturer and a coach for engineering staff. He has a very rich scientific achievements supported by numerous publications. Andrzej M. Czapczuk Dr Eng. is the V-ce CEO and Managing Director of F.B.I. TASBUD a Joint – Stock Company for more than fifteen years. During that time, he launched his company on the world markets: European, African and Asian. He is also the V-ce President of the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters and was unanimously elected Chairman of the Expert Group on New Technologies and Intelligent Systems of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers, a representative taking part in the deliberations and meetings of the Scientific Council of the Building Research Institute ITB, Member of the Eastern Construction Cluster and Member of the Polish Association of Building Managers, Executive Club and OSWBZ. He was awarded the Knight Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland by the President, Honorary Award for Building Services awarded by the Minister of Infrastructure and Construction, Honorary Pearl of the Polish Economy for Promoting Social Values and the Certificate of the Family Company of the Year, he also received the “Friendly Science” Certificate awarded by the Poznań University of Economics, Certificate of the Personality of the Industry 2018 awarded by Builder, Certificate Construction Creator of the Year 2018 and the Victoria Prize – Entrepreneurs’ Quality Mark.
Andrzej M. Czapczuk focuses on young people, enabling them to follow apprenticeships and internships at F.B.I. TASBUD a Joint – Stock Company and then also hiring on technical positions, so that they can gain experience and start their professional careers in accordance with their education. He cooperates with universities, including Polytechnics and Technical Universities in Poland and abroad. He actively participates in congresses, conferences, symposia, lectures, presentations and public discussions in Poland and abroad. Andrzej M. Czapczuk’s scientific achievements paves the way for the application of innovative solutions based on the development of artificial intelligence in science, as well as in practice, which results in active cooperation between the business world and science. Andrzej M. Czapczuk has extensive theoretical and practical knowledge, which makes his knowledge and experience a very valuable and unique expert material.

Rafał Świstak is a lawyer, a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the College of Commerce and Law named after Ryszard Łazarski in Warsaw (currently the Łazarski University), a PhD student in legal sciences in the process of writing dissertation. He is associated with F.B.I. TASBUD a Joint – Stock Company continuously since 2011.
Rafał Świstak has many years of extensive and in-depth professional experience, which he gained in public institutions (Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Poland 1999-2005) as well as within a number of corporate entities (including ATM S.A., Nafta Polska S.A., Mostostal Warszawa S.A., iPay International S.A., Totolotek S.A.).
He specializes in broadly understood civil and commercial law – including the Law of Public Procurement and Construction Law. In addition, he gives frequent expert opinions on issues related to the investment process and disputes in the construction industry, as well as issues related to the export of the construction sector.
In F.B.I. TASBUD a Joint – Stock Company on behalf of the Management Board, he is the head of the Legal and International Affairs Division.
Rafał Świstak is an ordinary member of the Polish Association of Business Lawyers and a pro bono lawyer of the Polish Cluster of Construction Exporters. He also actively participates in the activities of the Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers.
In 2020, he was awarded in the prestigious international list of the most recognizable and experienced lawyers – “The Legal 500 GC Powerlist Central and Eastern Europe 2019” in the construction category.

Łukasz Szydłowski – a graduate of the Catholic University of Lublin and the Warsaw School of Maria Skłodowskiej Curie, specialization in Accounting and Finance. For many years associated with the F.B.I. TASBUD Interantional Group. He is an experienced financial director specializing in the production companies – dealing with prefabrication, production of building materials, general contracting and trade. He has extensive experience in company restructuring, controlling, investment supervision, obtaining financing and team management. Łukasz Szydłowski is a specialist in the development of companies on foreign markets, especially in Scandinavia. His competence and professionalism have been confirmed by numerous certificates.
As an expert in the field of finance, he supervised the economy of a group of companies run and financed by the state-owned Mars fund, currently owned by Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (shipbuilding and development industry). Among other things, he supervised the compliance of financial procedures with the tax and legal regulations of large state-owned enterprises, verified and assessed the restructuring processes of the companies in the Group, and also contributed to the acquisition of additional financing for the companies of the Group. He also coordinated activities in the field of tax and financial optimization and hedged the transaction risk of interest rates.
Łukasz Szydłowski is an outstanding specialist in the field of controlling production companies. While working in the SOPREMA Group, he showed his experience in the process of strategic and operational management of a company, coordination of planning, financial and economic control of production, team management and company operations.
He gained professional experience as a Business Controller in the HeidelbergCement Group, where he was responsible, among others, for financial, technological and operational restructuring. He exercised formal, legal and accounting control over all documents causing financial consequences.
Łukasz Szydłowski has been actively supporting non-profit organizations for many years. In the company F.B.I. TASBUD S.A. He found himself perfectly as director of economic affairs. He also shows his professionalism as a board member of the Swedish joint-stock company belonging to the F.B.I. TASBUD, operating in Scandinavia – TASBUD SVERIGE AB.

 Michał Kosiński, M.Sc.,engineer. From student internships and graduation, i.e. since 2007, he has been associated with the F.B.I. TASBUD International Group. He has gone through all levels in the organization, from basic positions to responsible independent management positions at construction sites in Poland and abroad. He exercises executive and financial supervision over projects carried out in the entire capital group of F.B.I. TASBUD. He is a man of very wide interests and great opportunities. Always helpful to other colleagues in solving problems. Involved in the Group’s CSR activities.
