F.B.I. TASBUD International Group gives you the opportunity to do an internship and learn about the specificity of working in specific positions. This is especially important for people who are looking for internships and associate their future with the construction industry. By taking part in the internships, you can co-create projects important for the company and become familiar with the necessary procedures. Additionally, the Capital Group F.B.I. TASBUD organizes a Case Study in cooperation with technical universities, where students first get to know an issue in a theoretical analysis, and then the same topic is presented by a practitioner on the construction site.

We all know how difficult it is to enter the labor market after graduation. It may take some time before we get a chance to work in the profession of our choice and in the position of our dreams. Therefore, at F.B.I. TASBUD, we appreciate the commitment and self-development of young people, and the best, ambitious apprentices can find employment with us right after the internship.

We implement internship programs for students in the following areas: Construction, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Accounting, HR, Logistics, Trade, Administration and Marketing. Internships for students at the F.B.I. TASBUD can last 1, 2 or even 3 months. After obtaining a positive opinion of the internship supervisor, the apprentice may get a payment.

F.B.I. TASBUD International Group supports education globally. In addition to the implementation of internships for university students, internship programs are carried out for students of construction schools and technical schools. An example of such activities is the organization of apprenticeships and internships for secondary school students and technical schools, as part of cooperation with the Płońsk Poviat.

We operate globally and unconventionally, appreciating the development of the construction staff. In 2021, we started a multidimensional cooperation with the Starost’s Office of the Płońsk Poviat, which includes conducting apprenticeships and other forms of education for students of secondary industry schools and technical schools educating students of construction faculties. We organize internships for students in our factory of modules and prefabricated elements in reinforced concrete technology in the Załuski commune near Warsaw and at the currently conducted construction sites, where we are the General Contractor.
