On September 10, 2021, with the participation of representatives of the authorities and many distinguished guests, the official ceremony of signing the foundation act was held, along with the symbolic laying of the cornerstone of the pro-ecological factory of modules and prefabricated elements in the reinforced concrete and concrete technology of the F.B.I. TASBUD in the Michałówek near Warsaw, in the Załuski commune in the Płońsk poviat.

The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mrs. Joanna Hofman – Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Stockholm and representatives of diplomatic missions of the countries in which the F.B.I. TASBUD conducts intensified export activity. Among the many distinguished guests, there was also the Ambassador of Senegal, Mr. Papa Diop, and the Ambassador of the Democratic Republic of Congo, Clementine Shakembo Kamanga. The event was attended by representatives of local self-government authorities headed by the Starost of Płońsk Poviat, Mrs. Elżbieta Wiśniewska.

An official letter from the Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland, Mr. Mateusz Morawiecki, addressed to the participants of the ceremony, was read by the Deputy Starost of Płońsk Poviat, Mr. Krzysztof Wrzesiński. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Poland expressed, among others his belief that (…) this investment will soon have a positive impact on increasing the competitiveness of the construction sector and contribute to building a good image of the Polish brand abroad.

Considering that the investment has a significant impact on economic development, Mr. Adam Struzik – Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship also wrote a letter to the Group. Mr. Tomasz Waźbiński from the Chancellery of the Marshal’s Office spoke on behalf of the Marshal.

The starost of Płońsk Poviat, Ms Elżbieta Wiśniewska, apart from the obvious economic benefits related to the functioning of the factory, also emphasized the multidimensional cooperation of the poviat with the F.B.I. TASBUD guided by the principles of corporate social responsibility.

The words of appreciation were also expressed by the Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Warsaw University of Technology – Prof. PhD Eng Andrzej Garbacz, Mr. Piotr Pokropek Director of the Mazovian Region in BGK Bank, Mr. Krzysztof Gąsior Director of the Infrastructure Department of the Warmia and Mazury Special Economic Zone, President of the Polish Association of Construction Employers – Mr. Jan Styliński and the President of the Polish Construction Cluster – Mr. Tomasz Kozłowski, as well as the Head of the Załuski Commune Mr. Kamil Koprowski. Finally, a special letter from the President of the Export Credit Insurance Corporation was read out.

TASBUD International Group, PhD Eng. Andrzej M. Czapczuk in his speech inaugurating the ceremony. The representative of the Management Board also drew attention to the essence of the use of modern technologies in the Polish construction sector. F.B.I. The Management Board of the Group took care to maintain the tradition during the ceremony by signing the foundation act, which will remain a memento for future generations, placed in a metal tube and then within the factory walls. The act was signed by members of the Management Board of F.B.I. TASBUD S.A. together with the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Prof. Stanisław Biedugnis, General of the Congregation of St. Michael the Archangel, Fr. Dariusz Wilk, representatives of the authorities, representatives of institutions financing the construction of the factory, including BGK Bank and the Warmia and Mazury Special Economic Zone and other project participants.

F.B.I. TASBUD International Group is actively involved in the local’s community life. A few months ago, a Memorandum of Cooperation with the Board of the Płońsk Poviat was signed, and numerous joint projects are underway. Close cooperation with the Municipal Cultural Center in Płońsk resulted in the performance of the world-famous brass band from Płońsk – Con Grazia, which performed extremely interesting arrangements of well-known works and the Diamond Majorette associated in the Municipal Cultural Center in Płońsk. The event was hosted by the popular theater and film actor, Mr. Tomasz Karolak.

Organized by the F.B.I. TASBUD, the event was very popular, and all guests could learn about the subject of modern, environmentally friendly construction with the use of prefabricated elements. The commencement of production in the pro-ecological factory of modules and prefabricated elements in reinforced concrete and concrete technology in Michałówek is planned for the fourth quarter of this year.
