Work on the construction site of the Saffransgatan Gårdsten investment in Gothenburg, Sweden has come to an end. The investor Saffransgatan Gårdsten was Framtiden Byggutveckling AB, part of the Framtiden Group – the largest Swedish utility company in Gothenburg ans throughout the country. The General Contractor of the investment was TASBUD SVERIGE AB, a Swedish joint-stock company – active in Scandinavia, part of the F.B.I. TASBUD International Group.
The estate was completed on time, with the highest quality and care for the environment, which characterizes the F.B.I. TASBUD International Group. The first tenants will move into new apartments in December 2021.
This multi-storey passive residential complex is of a higher standard with a brick facade. This complex has joined the rich portfolio of TASBUD SVERIGE AB as another residential complex in the “turnkey” standard developed in Scandinavia. All apartments have been equipped with modern kitchens, bathrooms, and built-in wardrobes with household appliances. For the comfort of future residents, the apartments are distinguished by large, glazed balconies, and the entire estate is connected with a garage with about 400 parking spaces. Saffransgatan Gårdsten’s modern investment is distinguished by environmentally friendly solutions, such as solar panels, a ground pump, or the use of BMS automation – a management system for automatic control systems in an intelligent building. Also noteworthy is the very high airtightness of the building (leakage test 0.12 l / s, as for passive buildings), of course, we do not have to mention that we used BIM technology when building the complex.
The facility was built using prefabricated technology, in which the F.B.I. TASBUD International Group is the market leader. Modern full prefabrication is a construction standard in Sweden, appreciated, among others due to a significant reduction in construction time and a significant impact on the reduction of waste and CO2 emissions. It is a construction model that is pro-ecological and environmentally friendly, which is the motto of our group.
The Saffransgatan Gårdsten estate is also distinguished by its location – close to green areas and the center of the Gårdsten district. The implemented stage is a key factor for one of the most significant residential investments in Gothenburg, located in the dynamically developing district of Gårdsten.
