F.B.I. TASBUD International Group – the Leader of green construction!

Another important award The Diamond of Infrastructure and Construction goes to our Group at the XIII Polish Infrastructure and Construction Conference, of which we were also a partner.

On March 9, leaders of the construction industry, representing companies with an established reputation, gathered in Warsaw. It is a unique opportunity to exchange experiences and discussions between the management staff of Polish and foreign companies, representatives of local governments and authorities, both at the local level and public administration, and supporting entities such as banks, insurance companies and law firms. The meeting was a forum for exchanging opinions of nearly 180 experts on the financing and development of Polish construction investments, also in the context of new technologies, in which F.B.I. TASBUD is the leader.

During the ceremony, F.B.I. TASBUD was awarded by the Competition Jury established by the Executive Club for being the Green Construction Leader. The Infrastructure and Construction Diamond in this category makes us happy all the more because, in the opinion of our Group, international successes related to ecological construction have been noticed. Green Building has a strong position in the Group’s priorities: its mission and CSR. The award is granted to an entity that distinguishes itself by carrying out investments in accordance with the highest environmental and social standards and carrying out activities based on sustainable development.

As part of the conference, 4 discussion panels were organized relating to 4 main areas: public procurement, road infrastructure, rail infrastructure and transport, as well as construction and economic development. The vice president of F.B.I. TASBUD  EngD Andrzej Maciej Czapczuk. The panel was also attended by representatives of: Unibep S.A., Korporacja Ubezpieczeń Kredytów Eksportowych S.A., APA Group, COMATIQ and SIM, and E.ON Foton. The discussion could not ignore the topic of the war in Ukraine and the impact of the international situation on the industry, especially in relation to Ukrainians, who have been the most numerous group of employees in Poland by nationality for many years. In the next part of the discussion, Eng.D Andrzej Czapczuk. Based on the experience related to the construction of the F.B.I. TASBUD stated that Polish companies and Polish employees are very well perceived on foreign markets as reliable, hard-working and substantively prepared units.

TASBUD International Group has an established position on several foreign markets, and the Group’s advantages are competitive not so much in terms of contracted prices, but in terms of quality, innovation and an ecological approach. – Polish technological solutions are very well perceived in Europe. We win with quality and technology – he said. Later in the speech, EngD Czapczuk referred to modern pro-ecological solutions and the multitude of solutions developed, e.g. by the consortium of the Warsaw University of Technology, the Polish Academy of Sciences and F.B.I. TASBUD unique technologies of air and water purification in prefabricated technology, used by F.B.I. TASBUD. He also emphasized the key role of the Science and Research Division in the Group’s structures. In turn, Michał Skorupa noted that Polish contractors are at a similar level of advancement as European ones, and the exchange of ideas does not consist in the implementation of foreign solutions in Poland, but in the mutual exchange and popularization of Polish thought outside.

During the panel, the issue of building champions in the construction industry was also raised. It was emphasized that for this purpose it is important to provide support from financial institutions and banks, such as solutions using the so-called green financing. The fundamental importance of state support was also noticed, which helps companies to develop on the domestic market so that they can become competitive outside and represent the appropriate scale. In addition, the panelists talked about how to improve energy efficiency in construction and optimize the cost of its consumption, how to use new technologies and use renewable energy.
